Driving can be incredibly triggering.
If you have a history of having panic attacks while on the road or find yourself anxious in anticipation of experiencing panic, I personally understand how tricky this cycle can be.
What often helps us step out of this sneaky catch-22s is taking the ittiest of bittiest baby steps, slowly, gently, & lovingly pushing outside our comfort zone to let it expand slowly over time.
It helps to celebrate the wins along the way, even if that's merely getting into your car, turning it on, turning it off, while maintaining a sense of groundedness in the process.
