If you find yourself constantly worried about dying and feeling overwhelmed with health anxiety with every symptom, diagnosis, test, protocol, procedure, this sequence is for you.
Some people that follow Buddhism practice what is called a "death meditation," in which people meditate specifically on the finite nature of life, those that are dead or dying, and as a result, end up being able to live more intentionally and more beautifully because they choose to remember that our time here is limited.
While it might seem morbid at first, this is one of the best reminders to make sure we're not sleepwalking through life. The promise of death can be the reason we show up lighter, with more love, with more generosity, and with more presence than we ever have before.
Let's tap together and see what happens when we let fear transform into a reminder to live more fully NOW.
After tapping, what do you notice?
What would you like to let this fear transform into instead?
Feel free to share any reflections below: I love to hear them!
