We all have those things on our to-do list that we tend to push off...
We end up doing everything aside from that one thing...
The more we push them off, the worse we end up feeling about them. We start to dread the task even more!
And then, those pesky to-dos start to feel even bigger!
We might even feel shame about our inability to get them done, or guilt that we can't just "force" ourselves to do it.
