Starting something new, checking off something on your to-do list, or even just sticking to a new habit can be tricky at first.
It is so common to feel resistance to certain things: the mind is skilled at making excuses and finding 40 other things it would rather do, even for habits or activities that we genuinely WANT to do but can seem to find the motivation to get started.
So... let's tap on it! Together!
We are human, after all. We can learn to work with our resistance and build the muscle of getting started even when it feels a bit forced at first.
With time, you'll notice the resistance starts to dissolve: this tapping sequence will help.
If you feel like sharing any reflections or observations that happen during or after tapping, I'd love to hear them in the comments below :)
