Doing Less to Heal
13m
For those of you that feel overwhelmed with your current healing protocol, I had you in mind while filming this one.
I know it can feel like nothing is working and how overwhelming the constant effort to feel better can be.
Without even realizing, our attempts to heal become the biggest stressor in our lives, perhaps even MORE so than even our current physiological or metabolic status.
The constant WORK starts to feel like such a drain, yet there is a part of you that might feel like if you don't keep trying things, you'll never get better.
So, it's kind of like a tug-of-war of wanting to feel better, stressing over wanting to feel better, and also just feeling completely done with all of the efforting given how drained you are feeling.
Does this resonate?
Use this tapping sequence if you're feeling completely burnt out from your months/years of healing protocols or when you're feeling cornered into doing something even if it doesn't feel right.
This is when you feel like you could use a break from supplements, researching, doctors appointments, and daily "self-care" practices that now feel more like stressful to-do lists than healing modalities.
Yes, part of you might be feeling scared to miss out on the potential of healing if you scale back for a bit, which is preventing you from slowing down for the time being and maybe accessing the true healing that you seek!
This is all about letting go, just a little, in order to drop the stress and then, naturally, when you're feeling a bit more curious and open about the next step, you'll be able to take it with that much more excitement and maybe even a sense of confidence.
Without fear influencing our decisions, we are often surprised that deep down, we already know what the next step is.
It often feels easier & more gentle, too!
This is all about doing less to uncover the next step, even when it might feel TERRIFYING to let go of things having to feel like such a daily battle.
Let me know: what comes up for you after tapping along to this sequence?
Is there something you can put on pause?
Is there something you can push to the back burner for the time being?
How might that feel to slow down and do less for as long as it feels right?
