Working with Frustrations
Uncertainty

We've all been in a situation that irritates us and leaves us feeling frustrated.
Things can't always go according to plan or happen exactly how we'd like them to unfold. To make things easier on ourselves, we can learn to soften into the inevitable & frustrating moments of life with a sense of openness. It is what it is, so the sooner we start to integrate that, the easier the ups and downs of life start to become.
I'm curious: what if you start to see frustrating moments, people, situations, etc. as a chance to step into that easy-going, peaceful, even stoic version of you?
What if these situations are exactly what you need to expand who you think you are and show up as that better version of you?
As always, feel free to leave a reflection of what comes up during and after this sequence.
If there is something frustrating you, does it help to reframe the situation as life trying to teach you something about who you get to be?

Assuming the Best Outcome

It can be TERRIFYING to do even basic things when our brain is fearing all of the negative things that might happen to us playing out as if they a...
