In our attempts to "heal," we often get trapped in the loop of researching next steps, new treatment protocols, diets, supplements, devices, wondering what the next thing will be that might finally heal us.
This way of being can be stressful in and of itself, as we feel like we need to push harder, do more, learn more, in order to heal.
Oddly enough, the stress of constantly trying to fix might be blocking the healing we so desperately desire.
Let's calm the chaos and allow the body to rest, which is the state most conducive to healing.
