For those of you launched into an entirely new way of existing since you've given birth, getting used to what has previously only been understood from your research and pre-birth preparation can be CHALLENGING.
I've heard from so many of you that none of your preparations truly prepared you for what actually came to be and that feeling of being in uncharted and foreign territory can be unsettling at times.
To top it off, we must honor the sleep deprivation playing games with your thinking, constantly cleaning, trying to nourish yourself and your new baby, the full body fatigue, and maybe some of the feelings of loneliness and isolation that come in tandem with the feelings of extreme gratitude, joy, celebration, peace, and awe.
It's a lot of everything all at once!
This video is specifically to help soften the overwhelm and chaos that is expected in the early postpartum days so that you can slow down and savor this unique chapter in the story that is your life. It is here to serve as a grounding presence when you find yourself in doubt, scattered in your to-do list, or overwhelmed in any way.
Let me know how it goes!
