I am genuinely happy you're here.
Here's a brief background of why I use tapping for those of you that have likely tried everything and are starting to lose hope in your ability to heal.
There is always something to try.
Sometimes, it's not about doing another healing protocol or diet, but instead, teaching the brain to get the body into a rest-digest-repair state that allows for healing. That's why tapping is so effective: it's essentially calming the panic response associated with specific triggers (including our own thoughts) so that we can approach any stressor from a place of calm awareness.
That's why I'm so passionate about this simple and somewhat silly technique: it's effective AND it's quite potent.
But don't take my word for it! The best test is to try it out and see how your body responds. The way you feel is the ultimate indicator of how the body receives this self healing modality.
If you have any questions or want to know more about this lovely brain rewiring technique known as tapping, feel free to email me: [email protected]
In the meantime, make it a groovy day!
