By popular request, this sequence is for those of you that have lost a significant amount of weight as a side effect of your current health condition.
This video is intricately connected to its pair: Unwanted Weight Gain. (It's the same coin!)
I hope this video is just the reminder you need to befriend your body, regardless of where it falls on the scale.
Our worth is MUCH MORE than a number or the shape our body currently takes. It's easy to forget this when we forget that feeling good is the priority, not necessarily being a certain weight or even "looking" a certain way.
(Again, feeling good is the priority.)
As soon as we start feeling this to be true, our worthiness is no longer tied to something that is changeable and will keep changing with time. Our task of feeling better in this very moment actually begins with the way we speak to ourselves and how we empower ourselves regarding the perspective we choose.
This is freedom!
It allows us to welcome change, to speak to the body as if it were a dear friend...because it is.
When we learn to speak to ourselves in the ways we've always been wanting to hear from a loved one, we find safety to be exactly as we are, even if that's not where we want to be.
This kind of acceptance of what is while still working towards what you want is within reach. I know because I've experienced the fear and the hate of the body, and am now firmly planted on the side of love, tenderness, & friendship, as if tending to a garden that continually needs nourishment and change.
I want this for anyone who also wants this kind of relationship with themselves.
If you currently find yourself uncomfortable with how your body looks, tap along and let me know how you feel afterwards.

Letting Go of Relationships
Sometimes we have to let go, even when we're not ready, even when it wasn't what we wanted or expected, even when it feels like we can't. Other times it feels like a traumatic blow to let go of someone we've loved so much.
Letting people go can bring up a lot of commotion:
