Gentle Morning Practice

I know that many of you wake up and feel immediately stressed with racing thoughts, to do lists, body scanning, and generally feeling overwhelmed and rushed before you've even gotten out of bed.
Use this gentle guided practice to set the tone for your day so you can FEEL the way you want to. You no longer need to wait until you are perfectly "healed" to adopt some of these shifts. As you continue stepping into the possibility of what your life can look like even while you still have symptoms, things start to transform. You become skilled at choosing to allow the good that is already available, perhaps surprising (and delighting) in the fact that you feel less impacted by some of your chronic symptoms and more focused on the things you thought you could only enjoy once you were perfectly healthy.
Let me know what you think of this practice! It's something I personally come back to again and again and always feel the difference as my day plays out a bit more lovely than I had imagined it could.
