This guided yoga nidra (NSDR) can be used anytime of day or night to help your body shift into a deeply relaxing state.
Yoga nidra is unique in the sense that it can help mitigate the effects of a lack of sleep and can be especially helpful to do during an afternoon slump. Instead of powering through, giving your body 20-25 minutes to deeply rest can then GIVE you the boost you need to feel relaxed, light, and inspired the rest of the day.
I'm so curious! Have you tried listening to one of these guided visualizations during the sleepiest part of your day. Did you notice anything shift after allowing yourself just a moment to rest? Please share your experience below!
