The experience of the symptom itself is one thing, then we have all the mental chatter, worries, what-ifs that bubble up as a response to dealing with something that doctors have yet to figure out.
I know that so many of you are in this boat. As isolating and overwhelming as it truly is, I want you to also know you are not alone and that the body is always working behind the scenes to continue healing, regenerating, rebuilding, releasing, even if you were to do nothing about it.
That being said, tapping can be a tool for you to honor exactly what is arising and to soften into what is, perhaps with a gentleness that allows for new insight, new layers of acceptance, and unexpected relief by merely lowering the stress load sending signals of safety to the brain.
