It can happen even before you open your eyes...
The mind likes to chew on things and for some of us, that chewing can create a scenario of panic, overwhelm, and spiraling into states of anxiety.
This is something I worked on for many years until one day, it shifted into a sense of genuine excitement and enthusiasm to start my day. However, if I am slightly under the weather or not taking the time to replenish, my mind can easily spill back into this state of dysregulation.
Thank goodness we can teach the brain that there is another way!
Cheers to un-learning, re-learning, and choosing to live in ways that actually feel the desirable to us.
Use this sequence right when you wake up and notice if anything shifts for you!
