There will be moments where you feel like it's your fault. Like you messed up. Where you so badly wish you could go back and do things differently.
Part of the beauty of really messing up is knowing that the only way forward is to do differently the next time around because you learned so deeply what did NOT feel good the first (or 2nd or 3rd) time you slipped.
Here's to doing better now that you know better. Here's to letting the blame transform into empowered & deliberate action of showing up as the best version of you.
