We all have unique parts, with specific fears, personalities, desires, and needs.
It's easy to confuse our true Self with these wounded parts when we haven't learned how to untangle them from our core. The magic of this work is when we learn how to identify and work with our parts, finally understanding them for what they are: inner kiddos, waiting for the love, validation, respect, and kindness we haven't learned to give them until now.
And while it might sound simple, the effect is profound. As we learn to turn towards and care for our parts, they eventually feel safe enough to transform, to process and let go of heavy emotions, to release doubts, to drop the constant need to control or criticize.
I hope you enjoy this mini workshop and if you feel called to deepen your understanding of this work, I highly recommend checking out "No Bad Parts" with Richard Schwartz.
