You know that feeling when you are just completely pooped? Like even thinking about standing up to grab some water feels like it would take too much energy, energy that seems nowhere near accessible?
Whether you're feeling COMPLETELY BURNT OUT from work, keeping up with the demands of day to day life, trying to find answers to improve your health, in your relationships, use this video to help your body shift back into a place of replenishment so that your energy can come back naturally and easily.
After 2 rounds of food poisoning, disrupted sleep, and then daylight savings, I found my body completely exhausted and as a result, even tasks I genuinely enjoy doing felt way too overwhelming. I could feel my mental chatter repeating, "I feel burnt out. I am just completely wiped out!"
My old patterns kept telling me to push through, to ignore the fatigue, the grab an extra coffee and just get back to work. But, let me tell you, that didn't work! The more I pushed, the more exhausted & dysregulated I started to feel.
So what did I do? I asked myself how I'd actually like to support my body through this time of much-needed recovery, and this is the script that I personally used to shift back into replenishment, repair, and yes, much needed REST!
If you're currently feeling burnt out in your life for various reasons, try this video and please let me know what starts to change for you.

It might feel foreign at first but once the brain realizes it's actually more efficient and energy-sparing to slow down, things start clicking back into gear.)
