You know that thing that you keep doing, even when you know you don't want to keep doing it?
It might be compulsively checking your instagram, picking your face, eating when you don't even feel hungry...
It might be compulsively assuming the worst-case scenario, ordering things you don't need, or even getting stuck in researching the next "thing" you think you must do in order to heal.
I get it!
As someone that dealt with my fair share of anxiety-driven behaviors, I understand how these habits perpetuate and cause extra stress in the process.
So, let's release the shame around these habits and give ourselves some space to breathe and slowly release what is no longer serving us.
Is there a certain habit you're working to release or rewire? Feel free to share below! Just saying it out loud, writing it down, and being honest (without the shame or guilt) can be that massive first step towards sustainable change.
I'm curious, without the compulsive habit, how would you want to be spending your time? What might that feel like?
Feel free to share any reflections below!
