By popular request, this sequence is for those of you that have put on weight in order to heal AND you're not too happy about the way it feels.
This video is intricately connected to its pair: Unwanted Weight Loss.
I hope this video is just the reminder you need to befriend your body, regardless of where it falls on the scale.
Our worth is MUCH MORE than a number (or a lack of number). As soon as we start feeling this to be true, our worthiness is no longer tied to something that is changeable and will CONTINUE changing with time.
This is freedom! It allows us to welcome change, to speak to the body as if it were a dear friend...because it is.
When we learn to speak to ourselves in the ways we've always been wanting to hear from a loved one, we find safety to be exactly as we are. This is within reach. I know because I've experienced the fear and the hate of the body, and am now firmly planted on the side of love, tenderness, & friendship.
I want this for anyone who also wants this kind of relationship with themselves!
